Do you ship markers and airsoft guns internationally?
Currently, we only ship within North America. Please ensure you are aware of your local state or provincial laws regarding the ownership and transportation of paintball and airsoft equipment before placing your order.
What is your return policy on tactical gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used protective masks, opened paintballs, or used air tanks.
How do I know if a specific airsoft magazine is compatible with my gun?
Compatibility is listed in the product description. If you are unsure, please contact our technical support team with your gun's make and model, and we will verify the fit for you.
Are your air tanks shipped full or empty?
Per shipping safety regulations, all HPA (High Pressure Air) and CO2 tanks are shipped completely empty. You can have them filled at our local retail location or any certified field or dive shop.
Do products come with a warranty?
Most markers and high-end tactical gear come with a manufacturer's warranty. DMZ Paintball & Airsoft also provides a 90-day limited warranty on labor for repairs on any equipment purchased directly through our store.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for those needing gear before a weekend event.
